I want to buy your products. What's the first step?
The first step is "requesting a quote." You can use the "Get a Quote" form on our website, send an email, or call our sales team. Please provide us with the product model, quantity, and any other requirements you have.
How do I place a formal order after receiving a quote?
After you confirm our quote, our sales representative will guide you through the ordering process. Typically, you will need to provide a formal Purchase Order (PO), which includes the final confirmed model, quantity, price, shipping address, and contact information.
What key information do I need to provide when placing an order?
To ensure your order is accurate, please provide:
- The correct product model and quantity;
- Your full company name, detailed shipping address, and postal code;
- The recipient's name and contact number;
- Any special packaging or shipping requirements.
Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
We support a variety of flexible payment methods for global customers, including: Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C) (for larger orders). Specific details can be negotiated with our sales team.
What are your payment terms for orders?
For standard product orders, our typical payment terms are a partial prepayment (e.g., 30%) with the balance paid before shipment. For long-term partners, we can negotiate more flexible payment terms.
What currencies do you accept for transactions?
Our main transaction currency is the US Dollar (USD). We may also accept Euro (EUR) or other major currencies. Please confirm with us before placing your order.
What are your common International Commercial Terms (Incoterms)?
We are very familiar with international trade rules and can flexibly use various Incoterms, including FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), EXW (Ex Works), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We can choose the most convenient and cost-effective option for you based on your needs and logistics preferences.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We provide global door-to-door service. You can choose based on your time and cost needs:
- International Express (e.g., DHL, FedEx): The fastest option, suitable for samples and small-batch orders;
- Air Freight: A balance of speed and cost;
- Sea Freight/Rail: The most cost-effective, suitable for large-volume orders.
How long will it take to receive my order after it's placed?
The delivery time is composed of production lead time + shipping time. For standard products in stock, we usually ship within 48 hours. The lead time for custom or bulk production orders is typically 4-5 weeks. Shipping time depends on your chosen method and destination.
Can your products be shipped to my country?
Yes, our business spans the globe, and we have successfully delivered products to customers in over 50 countries and regions. We have extensive international logistics experience to ensure your goods arrive safely and on time.
Order Tracking & Status
How can I check the status of my order?
You can contact your dedicated sales representative at any time, and they will provide you with the latest status, including production progress and estimated completion date.
Once my order is shipped, how can I track the logistics?
As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you the Tracking Number and a tracking link. You can use this number to track the real-time location of your goods on the corresponding courier company's website.
What should I do if the shipping status hasn't been updated for a long time?
Please don't worry. If you notice any abnormal logistics information, please contact us immediately. We will communicate with the carrier to investigate the specific situation and update you promptly.
